The beauty of our platform is its flexibility and ability to be customized. We have implemented over 200 use cases.
Every use case has three main components:
The trigger provides information about the subject to inspect and the physical location of the subject. This is the start of the process. A wide range of triggers are supported including : a barcode reader, Programmable Logic Controller (PLC), REST API, hard wired digital signal such as a photoelectric switch, the presence of a file, etc.
The trigger starts the capture media workflow using one or more media devices. The type of media is dependent upon the use case, typically using images but sometimes video or even audio signals.
HoneyBrain can use virtually any vision camera available on the market, although each new camera vendor requires a little bit of effort to work with the camera-specific SDK.
While the media is being captured, the trigger also starts the process of determining what inspections to run and what to expect for the specific subject being inspected. The unique identifier of the subject is used to determine the expected attributes. From there, the configuration is used to build the set of inspections including the expected result.
These three components vary in complexity, giving us a broad range of applications from the very simple to quite complex.
This HoneyBrain inspection type ensures that a piece of equipment, machinery, or a production system is installed correctly and functions as intended.
This HoneyBrain inspection type confirms that a product, component, or system has been manufactured and assembled in accordance with its intended design specifications and configuration.
This HoneyBrain inspection type processes, assesses, and verifies the visual and aesthetic aspects of a product’s configuration.
This HoneyBrain inspection type examines and assesses assembled products or components to ensure that they meet specific quality standards and conform to the intended design and functional requirements.
This HoneyBrain inspection type measures and verifies the physical dimensions and tolerances of a product, component, or part. This inspection process ensures that the item aligns with its design specifications, meets the required quality standards, and functions as intended.
This HoneyBrain inspection type verifies and validates printed or engraved characters and text on products, labels, or packaging.
